My Cancer Treatment is Finished…Now What?

Group Mentorship is designed for cancer survivors who have completed their active treatment and are left wondering… now what?

Not sure if group mentorship is right for you?

Here are some key signs that My Cancer Treatment is Finished…Now What? group mentorship will help you…and some of my own experiences that led me to create this group.

Feeling Alone?

Feeling alone now that your treatment has finished? When I finished treatment I didn’t know anyone that was going through a similar experience and I felt disconnected and alone. Setting goals together to reduce your risk will help you know you are not alone.

Unexpectedly Missing Your Cancer Care Team?

When I finished my chemotherapy, I was not expecting to miss my nurses and I was really not expecting to miss my doctor…but I did. I felt alone and adrift when my cancer treatment finished. Creating a new team of people that can support you on the next stage of your journey can help you to move forward with confidence.

Never Had a Team?

Maybe you never felt like you were part of a team. Maybe your cancer treatment experience was a surgery and then discharge home. Or maybe the treatment process left you feeling like a number and not a person. You can learn from others in the group and support each other as you create your new thriving life.

To share in the understanding and support of the My Cancer Treatment is Finished…Now What?

Still not sure if group mentorship is right for you? Here are some key goals that My Cancer Treatment is Finished…Now What? will help you to implement.

Each session you’ll be taking action on goals that will include:

  • Foods and nutrients that support the immune system, reduce chronic inflammation and act on cancer cells directly
  • Understanding your cravings and looking at weight loss from a new perspective
  • Implementing exercise in your life in a way that allows for lifelong enjoyment
  • Being aware of and managing stress
  • Understanding the message in your cancer and how can it be a springboard to a new you

…all sessions will be facilitated by me (Jean LaMantia), registered dietitian, cancer survivor, and best selling author of The Essential Cancer Treatment Nutrition Guide and Cookbook.

When and where do we meet?
